What is the cancellation and refund policy?

All cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Archer Academy.

A request received at least 72 hours before the training can be transferred, once only, to another available date. No refund is granted.

A request received less than 72 hours before the training is not eligible for any refund or transfer.

In case of force majeure, the situation may be evaluated individually.

If Archer Academy must cancel or postpone a session, notably when the minimum number of 15 participants is not reached, registered individuals may choose between transferring their registration to another date or a full refund of the amounts paid.
