What happens in case of absence during the training?

Attendance and participation in all modules are mandatory to complete the training and receive the certificate.

An absence does not automatically result in failure of the training. However, any missed module or portion of training must be retaken before the participant can access the final evaluation and receive their certificate.

The retake will be scheduled according to the next available sessions and may take place with a later cohort. Retake fees apply to cover the training hours and additional administrative procedures. The applicable amount will be communicated to the participant before scheduling the retake.

As long as the missed hours have not been retaken, the participant's file remains in the status "incomplete training".
