What intervention approach is taught?

Participants are introduced to a simple approach to structure their intervention: Observe + Approach + Listen + Guide. The goal is not to turn the security officer into a psychosocial worker, but to enable them to better understand the situation, adapt their approach, and intervene within the limits of their role.
